Who Are We?

3 Irons Horse & Cattle Co. is owned and operated by Dylan Choate and Clarice Martel Choate. They offer a variety of services to clients including offering horses for sale, marketing, equine photography, training, and lessons (rates and further description can be found on the services tab).
  • Dylan holds a B.S. degree in Animal Science (Equine Emphasis) from Stephen F. Austin State University. He grew up in the very definition of horse country, Aubrey Texas, and has been surrounded by horseman of every creed. 
  • Clarice, also a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.S. degree in Animal Science is a rancher's daughter raised on a cow/calf operation in LaBelle Texas. Naturally, horses being an integral part of her family's way of life, she learned her way around the industry at an early age. In addition to working horses she also handles all marketing, photography, and sales for The 3 Irons.

Good horsemanship, with emphasis on learning and understanding, as opposed to force, is the basis of our training philosophy."
